ok after we made him abandon his first city he has jumped after we started attackin his second city new coords are 376 499 found him by pure luck lol

Alright, I can't just let you get wiped out because you are following orders.
I am giving you fair warning. I have the forces to wipe your city clean in one attack and take less then 5% losses. I can then continue doing this till your city riots. Your Host is an ass with a chip on his shoulder that started this because I raided inactive cities.

He used up an Adv Teleport on that just to get out of my attack range. Within a day or two we will send others after him just to let him know that I'm not the only one he needs to get away from in Romanga.
