This may be common sense, but it just occurred to me.....
If we're going to send resources to another member, we should only send Gold.
100k Gold will buy 600k lumber..we can send Gold with fewer transports tied up and, although the reciever will have to wait 30min for their purchase to arrive from market, they can go ahead and deplete their on hand gold, buying what they can while waiting for reimbursement.
We tie up fewer transports, and they can generally get their resources from the market faster than we can get to them
of course, there are always exceptions but, as a general rule, Gold seems to be the way to go
