Peace (inactive) Empty Peace harrassment

I'm still getting pile driven by Peace members. I've teleported three times and can't get away from them. Now I've put up a truce scroll so I have some time to rebuild. If that expires and I get hit again, I would like to request help. I will update with info as it happens.
