Apparently, Noxxis will wait 'til ur offline and attack your cities. Everyone needs to make sure they lower their tax rates to slow the drop in loyalty.... Second hand info from Tac.

He heard that Noxxis, was planning a major invasion of Romagna.
They will teleport in and take your homes through constant raids and thereby demoralizing your village.
When they have suceeded, they will then take and teleport your home back to where they want it.
They will not necessarly wait until you are off line.
But! if you are, to help protect yourself , lower your taxes [by alot] when you are gone.
So your people will not be demoralized as quickly and you will have a better chance of fighting back when you come back.
